In-Studio Radio Personality

EDM Sessions is looking for multiple "on-air" radio personalities to join our team, in our exciting Las Vegas studios.. The ideal candidate is well-versed and tuned in to the electronic music culture but more importantly;  great fit for our company culture. 

This position is one of EDM Sessions' most prestigious positions as our personalities are the "face" of our brand, to many people each day. They will also be interfacing with the top DJ's and producers in electronic music, as they make their way in and out of the massive Las Vegas EDM circuit. All the world's top headliners will be sitting in the studio with our radio personalities. 

Primary Duties And Responsibilities Include

• Providing creative, entertaining and engaging content on-air, on-line and on-site while executing the station format
• Ensuring that promotions and contests are executed properly
• A proven track record in being able to write, voice, and execute production
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Making personal appearances at station events and remote broadcasts
• Ability to conceptualize, storyboard and produce relatable video content is a bonus
• Live air shift as scheduled by Supervisor
• Voice track automation of pre-recorded air shifts
• Attending training and station staff meetings (as needed)
• Be available for scheduled air check review sessions for monitoring personality’s performance and coaching of on air presentation and techniques and suggestions
• Miscellaneous other duties as required by supervisor

Qualifications

• Experience with broadcast hardware and software
• Minimum of two years on-air experience
• Requires good typing skills
• Requires excellent communication skills
• Requires good interpersonal skills
• Well-rounded social media experience
• Familiarity with the stations brand, music and target audience
• Able to communicate in English

Physical Demands

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle, or feel objects; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop; kneel; or crouch
• The employee must occasionally lift/or move up to 25 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus
